This organization is seeking an eager Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to work closely alongside the Chief Financial Officer. This is a super exciting opportunity to get exposure and work directly with the business.

This is a key position to create efficiencies and enhance the quality of the FP A function through a range of measures, while reporting directly to the CFO. An awesome opportunity to play a hands-on role in scaling the business - lots of great exposure and a brilliant CFO to learn from!

Key Responsibilities:

• Play a key role in designing and building out a budgeting process.
• Analyze discrepancies between actual results and forecasts/budgets.
• Support long-term planning with financial analysis and insights.
• Analyze financial data and trends, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
• Work with various departments to support their financial needs.
• Building out key KPIs, key reporting and business insights.

Experience required:

• Minimum 2-5 years’ experience working in FP&A
• Strong communication skills
• Experience understanding SaaS metrics preferable
• Strong modelling, budgeting and forecasting skills
• Healthcare Tech/ Healthcare SaaS Knowledge is a plus
