Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Camp Director to lead our summer camp programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in summer camp leadership and a heart for serving individuals with special needs. As the Camp Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of camp operations, ensuring a safe, fun, and enriching experience for our campers and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and lead summer camp programs.
• Recruit, train, and supervise camp staff and volunteers.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all campers and staff.
• Develop and implement camp policies and procedures.
• Manage camp budget and resources effectively.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and faith-based camp environment.
• Communicate with campers’ families and address any concerns or questions.
• Coordinate with other camp leadership and administrative staff.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in summer camp leadership.
• Strong organizational and managerial skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
• Passion for working with individuals with special needs.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
