Camp Bow Wow Cypress is Hiring a Kennel Manager Near Cypress, TX

· Accomplishes customer service human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.

· Achieves customer service objectives by contributing customer service information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying customer service trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.

· Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

· Provides leadership to Camp Bow Wow- Cypress, TX team members for all aspects of the franchise operations.

· Ensures compliance with all franchise expectations, general health/safety needs of all employees/pets/customers and with any local or federal agency regulatory requirements.

· Ensures compliance with all compliance requirements as set forth by Camp Bow Wow Houndquarters.

· Maintains an 90% or higher on all Listen 360 reviews

· Executes and maintains daily quality control systems.

· Collaborates with the management team to determine an effective marketing strategy and budget for each of the service lines.

· Monitors and maintains operating budgets such as marketing, payroll, supplies and equipment.

· Creates weekly schedules for the work force.

· Conducts regular team meetings to discuss operational and safety goals.

· Rewards and recognizes team members that provide exceptional customer service and exemplary work.

· Builds strong relationships with all potential referral sources.

· Builds strong relationships with all vendors.

· Meets regularly with the franchise owner to discuss details with the operations and to set future goals for improvement and growth.

· Maintains an active involvement in community affairs that not only assists the community, but also promotes the operations of Camp Bow Wow- Cypress, TX.

· You must have your own reliable transportation

· You must not be allergic to animals

· Must be willing to work weekends, nights and/or holidays.

· Other duties as determined important to the operations of Camp Bow Wow Cypress & Cypress, TX by the Franchise Owner

· Collaborates with present and potential customer referral bases during pre-planned Holiday theme visits

· Collaborates with present and potential customer referral bases during pre-planned Pet-related visits

· Organize and attend activities and community events throughout the year related to pets that bring focus to all of our company’s established locations.

· Establish employee and business discount programs throughout the community, as developed by management

· Constantly review current forms of advertising and suggest/prepare changes that offer a good return on investment

· Visit city professionals (i.e., fire/police department, libraries) to promote business and/or offer discount packages as approved by management

· Work with local representatives to set up print, radio or television advertisements

· Work with Camp Bow Wow corporate representatives to optimize our website use

· Must manage all of Camp Bow Wow Cypress, TX’s social media outlets daily so that they are up-to-date and relevant

· Write and deliver a monthly e-newsletter

· Must attend all monthly corporate Camp Bow Wow teleconferences

· Must manage the Camp Bow Wow Cypress, TX database so that customers that have not visited in a while are contacted and offered promotions as approved by management

· Track all customer surveys (Listen 360) and report to the manager any positive/negative trends

· You are expected to know all of the team members of all of the company’s operations so as to be able to speak in public about the great qualities each has to offer

· You must have your own reliable transportation

· You must not be allergic to animals

· Must meet with the Franchise Owner at least weekly to review prior week’s progress and to set working goals for the following week

· Must show up to work on time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
