Job Summary: CAMP EZ RV
We are seeking a skilled Director to oversee operations and lead our team effectively. The ideal candidate will have expertise in service and parts growth/management.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and direct all aspects of the organization's operations
- Implement strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency
- Oversee customer service initiatives to ensure high satisfaction levels
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to address equipment repair needs promptly
- Coordinate shipping, receiving, and logistics activities effectively
- Supervise the fabrication and buying processes for optimal outcomes
- Develop and maintain systems for streamlined operations

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a leadership role with a focus on OEM operations
- Strong background in service management and retail growth
- Proficiency in managing shipping, receiving, and logistics functions
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Ability to fabricate solutions when necessary
- Excellent communication skills to lead and collaborate with teams effectively
