Summary of Position
We will soon be hiring for a handful of positions for the beautiful marina, located near The Grove Restaurant. These positions may include Managers, Leads, Retail Associates, Rental Associates, Dock Attendants
We will soon be hiring for a handful of positions for the beautiful marina, located near The Grove Restaurant. These positions may include Managers, Leads, Retail Associates, Rental Associates, Dock Attendants
Position Requirements:
- Possess knowledge of docks, marinas, and water-related rentals
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills with employees, customers, managers and the Park service
- Possess a high degree of integrity, be a team player capable of leading and motivating others
- Able to handle multiple, ongoing tasks, while remaining organized and efficient
- Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours per day with frequent bending, twisting and squatting movements
- Professional demeanor and top-notch customer service
- Ability to lift up 25 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Must be able to work a variety of day, night, weekend, holiday shifts
Other Requirements Based on Certain Positions:
- Hands-on experience with boat/dock/fuel management
- Experience driving a zodiac or skiff
- Comfortable in and around the water
- Familiarity with retail POS systems and rental systems like FareHarbor
- Experience with retail operations- receiving, stocking, merchandising, cash handling
- Experience managing employees- hiring, timekeeping, performance management
Education and Experience:
Education: High School Diploma preferred
National Park and/or Marina and/or Retail/Rental experience preferred
