CAMPBELL CLINIC PC is Hiring a Physical Therapy Coordinator T1, Full-Time 40 Hours Near Crossville, TN

DIMENSIONS/SCOPE OF POSITION:Evaluate and treat patients while delegating appropriate patient care tasks to support staff. To accomplish this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform, with or without reasonable accommodation, each essential function satisfactorily. This position is full-time, 40 hours per week.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Evaluate and treat patients in a safe manner
  • Completes daily billing and documentation for each patient
  • Completes timely reassessments on each patient
  • Develop an appropriate home exercise program for each patient
  • Completes required continuing education to maintain state licensure
  • Regular and predictable attendance
  • Ability to work in a cooperative manner with others
  • Performs other duties as assigned above and beyond staff therapist level

PT Business Office Lead Essential Functions Statement(s)

  • Supports the PT Business Office Coordinator in the operation of the onboarding, hiring process, supervision, payroll and staffing.
  • Monitors performance/attendance and communicates to PT Business Office Coordinator to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures across all supervised position.
  • Efficiently manages the day-to-day workflow of the PT check-in and check-out areas (i.e. staffing, schedule management, etc.)
  • Acts as a training resource person to all levels of staffing related to customer service and care of patients
  • Assesses staff needs according to workload and staff competency; re-assigns and adjusts staffing based on patient care needs
  • Gives assistance to staff at satellite locations with front desk duties as needed

PT Process Improvement Coordinator Essential Functions Statement(s)

  • Coordinate process improvement activities for all PT locations
  • Assist with keeping the PT intranet content updated and easily navigated
  • Act as a liaison between PT Managers and DAs to streamline communication
  • Meet with physicians and DAs to keep protocols updated and innovative related to industry standards
  • Participate in QA and Manager meetings and acquire regular feedback on process improvement initiatives and opportunities
  • Seek feedback from staff on process improvements to streamline workflow
  • Coordinate educational in-services to promote quality improvement 

PT Quality Assurance Essential Functions Statement(s)

  • Completes daily billing and documentation for each patient
  • Develop an appropriate home exercise program for each patient
  • Develop and implement chart review audit format at all PT clinic sites
  • Review charges and documentation to ensure compliance with all laws and practice act requirements
  • Review plan of Care documentation to determine the appropriateness of re-assessments and treatment progression
  • Creates and implements summary reports for each clinic manager and director on a minimum quarterly basis
  • Works with clinic managers and director to ensure regular QA audits and reporting

Education and/or Experience Bachelor's of Science in Physical Therapy required. 

Previous experience in the outpatient setting is preferred.

Language Skills  Able to communicate effectively in the English language.

Mathematical Skills  Basic arithmetic skills are required.

Reasoning Ability  Identifies and resolves problems promptly.

Computer Skills  Must be computer literate. Basic computer skills required.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of Tennessee.

Other Skills and Abilities  Able to listen and respond well to questions and feedback.
