Superintendent Responsibilities:

• Planning and implementing construction means/methods, schedules, productivity innovations, site logistics.
• Monitoring cost control and job costing, quantity reporting, forecasting, productivity.
• Developing, monitoring and executing the project construction plan and schedule.
• Supervising, training, coaching and mentoring field personnel.
• Organizing and coordinating all subcontractor activities.
• Managing Project close-out; responsible for final inspections, deficiencies, warranty work and site demolition.
• Participating fully in health, safety, quality, and environmental processes.
• Other duties as assigned.

Superintendent Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• 5 years of progressive construction experience in the field with strong leadership capabilities.
• Demonstrated experience implementing a strong safety culture.
• In-depth knowledge of construction industry including building materials, construction specifications, methods and procedures, construction building codes, and safety and quality management practices.
• Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills including the ability to manage project schedules.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office with a strong aptitude for adopting new technology.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
