ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
• Cash Flow Management:
o Working with accounting and operations, will gather enterprise cash requirements and will report 13-week cash forecast to Chief Financial Officer
o Will oversee and approve cash disbursements between corporate entities
• Investment Analysis:
o Working with accounting and operations will develop procedures and reporting to track corporate investments and associated return on investment (ROI) compared to initial projections
o Will assist in analyzing investment options and help form recommendations for optimized used of company capital
• Compliance & Reporting:
o Will complete bank covenant reporting and will ensure all reporting is accurate and timely to banking partners
o Will ensure compliance with internal treasury controls, policies, and procedures
• Strategic Projects:
o Will participate and support strategic projects, such as acquisitions, bank negotiations, credit agreements, and other projects as assigned.
• Systems & Structure:
o Will assist in development and implementation of changes to banking structure across all holding company entities
o Will work with internal finance and accounting team members to evaluate treasury products and technology solutions to improve efficiency and security
• Audit Support:
o Prepare audit schedules and assist external auditors during financial audits.
o Address audit inquiries and provide documentation as required.
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or related field.
• 1-3 years' experience as Treasury Analyst, or demonstrated success in financial analysis, investment analysis, banking, or similar role.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, interpersonal skills, and strong understanding of financial principles
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, proficiency with computers. Experience with other financial systems.
