Job Summary & Responsibilities
25-30 Hour BOOKKEEPER
Manage the daily accounting including:
• Process and organize accounts payable
• Maintain vendor files for community associations
• Work with vendors on all billing issues
• File accounting supporting documents
• Reconcile monthly bank statements
• Record monthly recurring journal entries including accrued and prepaid expenses
