GreatOpportunity for Light Maintenance Tech with Janitorial Experience!

Theperson filling this position has the responsibility to monitor, identify,and communicate problems in all areas of general maintenance. Makesrecommendations, performs maintenance, and repairs, and implements preventivemaintenance and performs Janitorial cleaning duties.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a safe, secure, and clean environment inside and outside.
• Monitors and troubleshoots clubhouse setup.
• Observes/corrects maintenance or repair on equipment.
• Performs minor maintenance and repair in areas of electrical work, plumbing, mechanical, other minor repairs, and cleanliness.
• Cleaning clubhouse, pool decks and area to include restrooms
• Pick up trash along road and lake banks
• Window washing.
• Cleaning restrooms, locker room, gym and gatehouse to include mopping and vacuuming of other common areas.

 Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 11am-7pm

Pay Scale: $18 Per Hour
