Responsibilities:

Planning, organizing, directing and running optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers' expectations 300 Unionized Employees

Increasing production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards

Coordinate plant activities through the planning with departmental managers to insure the total manufacturing objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost effective manner

Develop production plans to affect profits and budget

Implement cost effective systems of control over capital, operating expenditures, manpower, wages and salaries

Qualifications:

5 years of Plant Mgr Experience in Manufacturing

Change Management & Continuous Improvement

Bachelor's degree in Business/Engineering or related experience

Proven leadership abilities through on-the-job experience

Dedication to developing direct reports

Sense of urgency, extreme accuracy, detail oriented, able to raise and effectively deal with issues at all levels of management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $160,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
