We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Automotive BDC (Business Development Center) Agent to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

Job Description: As an Automotive BDC Agent at Campus Ford, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, internet leads, and customer inquiries. Your primary goal is to generate appointments for the sales team by providing outstanding customer service, answering questions, and effectively communicating the value of our vehicles and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to all incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat.
  • Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, dealership events, and other sources.
  • Schedule appointments for customers to visit the dealership and meet with sales representatives.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and appointments in the CRM system.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to drive traffic and increase sales opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs, answering questions, and resolving concerns.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
  • Achieve performance targets and contribute to the overall success of the dealership.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
