Campus Multimedia is Hiring a Content Writer & Marketing Automations Manager Near Alpharetta, GA

This position will be responsible for driving the strategy and execution of our email marketing efforts to convert targeted audiences to end goals. This role will lead CM in maximizing how to leverage audience segmentations, a variety of SalesForce native and third-party integrated automation, and move contacts through an engagement funnel through their excellent writing skills and approach to email marketing strategy. This role will be actively reporting on email metrics, analytics, and will be expected to have a high-level attention to detail and organization.

This position will be expected to write and develop content ideas and speak as multiple brands accurately through various email/digital/print content pieces. This role will be essential in helping execute one-of-a-kind national marketing programs.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for communication strategy, email engagement, and innovation to help support campaigns, activation, events and revenue growth. This role will be available to assist in a variety of digital internal communications to support team culture, external sales materials, and both internal and external marketing campaign needs including web page development and potential sales ad copy/strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with marketing and business stakeholders to design, write, test and execute best-in-class customer marketing campaigns
  • Write thoughtful email content for marketing campaigns, grass-root activations, collateral, web, blogs, and direct mail.
  • Leverage data to develop and communicate performance insights with recommendations to optimize ongoing email marketing strategy
  • Create a framework for A/B testing, accelerate experimentation across the company and iterate based on results
  • Drive innovative marketing practices at the intersection of creativity and data within the company through both ideation and execution
  • Own email marketing reporting ecosystem, including generating weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reporting on request.
  • Optimize existing data flows by funneling in user data from various external sources into our ESP.
  • Manage deliverability best practices across all subdomains
  • Partner with Salesforce Admin/Analyst to generate custom reporting across key email segments.
  • Investigate and architect solutions for the Project Management team to improve visibility into email contacts, performance, volumes etc.
  • Automate everything - data extensions, reporting, notifications, and of course, email campaigns.
  • Win every first impression through innovative strategy that is up to date with trends/best practices.
  • Helping drive a culture of excellence in all our communications within the team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a related field
  • 3 years of email marketing experience; proven track record of developing thoughtful conversion strategies
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce marketing cloud
  • Extremely detail orientation with the ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize tasks
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to communicate effectively with senior-level decision-makers (visually, written, and verbally)
  • A great writer, understands the principles of a good story and can write within the brand voice and clearly communicate our message.
  • Ability to self-manage, stay flexible, positive, resourceful, and reliable
  • Ability to manage multiple projects & brands simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail
