Growing Legal Administration company is looking for Data Entry Claims Processors to support class action settlement claims. The ideal candidate has previous data entry experience, is detail-oriented and possesses strong typing skills. No previous legal expertise required!

This company is looking for a Data Entry Processor to enter confidential claim information online and into Access databases. The position requires the ability to periodically shift gears between tasks as needed, while adhering to target accuracy and productivity goals.

The ideal candidate has essential data entry skills, including a minimum typing speed of 40 WPM, excellent attention to detail, and familiarity with MS Office Suite. Previous experience as a data entry clerk or similar position is preferred.

DUTIES

• Ensure timely completion of data entry, call center and claims analysis tasks
• Responsible for maintaining steady work flow from intake of calls and claim forms
• Process assigned claims and forms while maintaining strict adherence to procedures.
• Work with other team members to resolve processing errors quickly and efficiently and escalate issues to team leaders as needed
• Accurately record information from claim and inspection forms into proprietary database
• Compile reports as directed by team leader
• Investigate issues and collaborate with other team members as directed
• Maintains acceptable working knowledge of claims and correspondence processing including a basic understanding of settlement protocol
• Tracks and manages error patterns and implements appropriate solutions
• Ensures timely processing of all documents
• Documents internal audits and other internal quality assurance activities
• Evaluates audit and quality assurance findings and initiates corrective actions
• Interacts with potential claimants in a professional, respectful and articulate manner over the phone

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous data entry or similar type work strongly preferred
• Degree preferred
• Customer service, phone and/or financial experience/knowledge is a plus
• Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM
• Detail oriented
• Ability to multitask
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Positive, ‘can-do’ attitude
• Ability to work under pressure
• Outstanding customer service
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to work full-time with availability to work overtime, if necessary.
• Exceptional attendance and punctuality, dependable, strong work ethic and professionality
