CAMS (Community Association Management Services), a local HOA Management company is on the search for a 25-hour-per-week Facilities Manager to work on-site at a community located in Calabash, NC.

Pay offered will be between $25.00 for 25 hours per week Monday-Friday.

Facilities Manager Job Responsibilities. Includes the following

• Manages services, compliance and performance with all KFB vendors, ensuring all tasks are

performed correctly, efficiently, effectively and in accordance with contract requirements.

• Monitors/tracks existing contracts and alerts KBOA board 30-60 days prior to expiration.

• Proactively identifies Community maintenance, repair and upkeep needs and reports to the KBOA

board.

• Conducts and documents regular facilities and property maintenance inspections as identified on

the maintenance spreadsheet.

• Maintains and updates maintenance spreadsheet on a regular basis and keeps the KBOA board up to

date.

• Deals with and reports to the KBOA board on ARC and MOD requests from owners.

• Attends KBOA board meetings and calls, provides input and recommendations and actions items as

instructed by the board.

• Ensures security and emergency preparedness procedures are effectively implemented, checked

and maintained.

• Provides input and recommendations to annual budget process based on experience and

interactions with contractors.

• Coordinates activities with the KBOA Board, KFB General Manager, KFB staff, RAC Co-Chairs and KFB

committee volunteers.

• Interacts with the Community owners and residents on CAMS and KBOA’s behalf.

• Works with CAMS and its Community representatives solely for KBOA and Kingfish Bay to implement

solutions and service requirements for KBOA and Kingfish Bay.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Preference for a BA in facility management, business, information management, or engineering

• 5 -10 years experience in related positions

Working Hours

• This is a part-time position, Monday-Friday, 25 hours/week

• May require some weekend or evening work and otherwise to deal with emergency situations
