We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Irrigation Crew Foreman to join our team. As an Irrigation Crew Foreman, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance of our grounds and landscapes. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong attention to detail and a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces. Responsibilities:
- Perform regular irrigation and watering of plants, trees, and lawns
- Conduct groundskeeping tasks such as mowing, edging, and weeding
- Maintain landscape beds by planting, pruning, and fertilizing
- Assist with tree care including trimming and removal
- Supervise and train a team of landscapers to ensure high-quality work
- Oversee the maintenance of equipment and tools
- Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide recommendations

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of irrigation systems and techniques
- Proficient in groundskeeping practices including mowing, edging, and weeding
- Experience in landscape maintenance such as planting, pruning, and fertilizing
- Leadership skills to supervise a team effectively
- Familiarity with tree care procedures including trimming and removal
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
