AWS / CES is looking for an HR Generalist

Location : Wilsonville, OR (On-site)

Pay Rate : $28 per hour

Job Type : Full-time (40-hour work week, Monday Friday)

Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Wilsonville, OR. This is an on-site position requiring a five-day workweek.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong understanding of FMLA, unemployment law, OSHA basics, payroll, and eTime.

This role is essential in supporting the HR Manager and HRBP in implementing local initiatives and executing regional and corporate programs.

Please Note : Before applying, ensure you are willing to commute to our Wilsonville office five days a week. Candidates unwilling to make this commute will not be considered.

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Support the HR Manager and HRBP in implementing local initiatives and executing regional and corporate programs.
  • Create an environment that attracts, develops, retains, and engages talent to achieve business goals.
  • Execute transactional core HR processes, including coordinating and conducting new associate orientation, managing unemployment claims processes, onboarding, exit interviews, transitional return to work, leave administration, and OSHA reporting.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to associates and supervisors regarding policies and procedures.
  • Assist hiring managers and Talent Acquisition in recruitment and staffing plans.
  • Support and maintain the eTime system and payroll-related activities.
  • Help drive an inclusive and diverse culture in partnership with HRBP.
  • Administer programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction levels.

Qualifications :

  • 3-5 years of experience in a related HR role.
  • Knowledge of FMLA, unemployment law, OSHA basics, payroll, and eTime.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in Human Resources management is preferred or an equivalent combination of related training and experience.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field is preferred but not required.

Requirements :

  • Must be willing to work on-site five days a week.
  • Must submit a current resume with no gaps in employment. Resumes with gaps will be rejected.
  • Must be willing to commute to Wilsonville, OR.
