AWS / CES is looking for multiple Team Leads.

Job Title : Team Lead

Location : South Charleston, WV

Position Type : Temp to Hire

Quality Inspection experience a plus

Shift Schedule :

• 7 : 00 AM to 7 : 00 PM-$18
• 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 00 AM-$19

This position operates on a rotating schedule of 2 days on, 3 days off, followed by 3 days on, 3 days off.

Responsibilities :

• Set up and oversee Shift
• Staff and manage Shift
• Train and validate inspectors
• Identify, tag, and verify materials
• Audit the effectiveness of work being performed
• Perform visual, mechanical, and functional checks to ensure quality standards
• Step in as an inspector when needed
• Commit to reducing workplace accidents
• Comply with local and company Health & Safety laws and policies

Job Details :

• Update daily system entries in company and customer portals
• Proficiency in English
• Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel and Outlook)
• Experience using various gauges and measuring devices
• Ability to lift / move up to 50 lbs.
