The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent computer skills who will take the initiative to meet the needs of instructors and staff. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Assist Instructional Services staff in the creation of instructional materials.
Assist in organizing and maintaining materials.
Assist in entering and maintaining information in a learning management system.
Prepare correspondence and other documents as requested.
Perform clerical duties for the Instructional Services department.
Order supplies and maintain inventory.

Ability to proofread documents for accuracy. Ability to effectively communicate with faculty and staff verbally and through emails and other correspondence EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED
Experience and/or training in office skills
Data entry experience
Computer literacy
Preferred software experience: word processing, spreadsheets, Adobe Suite, Google Suite
Good organizational and interpersonal skills
