Resource Recovery Assistant Manager

Location: Pittsford, NY (Hybrid position)
What does a Resource Recovery Assistant Manager do?
Responsible for managing the Resource Recovery Counselors in order to effectively collect past-due loans and to maximize the recovery of financial resources related to problem loan accounts; implementing strategies to achieve goals developed for the department; organizing the work, activities, and human resources of the department; directly supervising assigned personnel; communicating with appropriate management and staff personnel; providing periodic reports.

Compensation range- $30.00-$32.00
The actual salary offered within the range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, qualifications, skills, level offered, and performance expectations.
