We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Commercial Project Management (CPM) Lead/Senior Consultant to support the Discovery and Explore phases of our SAP S/4HANA implementation project. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and a proven track record in leading and supporting the initial phases of large-scale SAP projects. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders to ensure comprehensive requirement gathering, process mapping, and solution design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Discovery Phase:
  • Lead workshops and meetings with key stakeholders to gather business requirements and objectives.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes and identify gaps and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present high-level project plans, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Develop a detailed understanding of the business landscape and project scope.
• Explore Phase:
  • Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and system designs.
  • Facilitate blueprinting sessions to map out processes and define the future state of SAP S/4HANA CPM.
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis to identify necessary customizations and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Act as the Commercial Project Management (CPM) primary point of contact for business stakeholders during the Discovery and Explore phases.
  • Provide expert guidance and recommendations based on best practices and industry standards.
  • Communicate effectively with project sponsors, steering committees, and end-users to ensure alignment and buy-in.
• Documentation and Reporting:
  • Develop comprehensive documentation, including business process documents, functional specifications, and support project plan development.
  • Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and stored appropriately.

Qualifications:

• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 7-9 years of experience implementing SAP S/4HANA Commercial Project Management and SAP Project Systems.
  • Proven experience in the Discovery and Explore phases of SAP S/4HANA projects.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Commercial Project Management (CPM) and Project Systems (PS) modules.
