 Who will you work for?

You’ll become part of the infrastructure team behind BondWorks, our leading electronic trading platform trusted by major institutional and retail clients. Our team is comprised of four software engineers focused on backend development. As an intern, you will engage in a variety of projects, from building robust API microservices to enhancing and optimizing complex infrastructure. You’ll utilize modern technologies such as SpringBoot, Kafka, and Redis to complete these tasks. Beyond our immediate group, you’ll collaborate with a wider team of engineers who excel in areas such as System Design, Full Stack development, and much more. We are excited to welcome you aboard and help you grow through shared learning and collaboration!

What do you need to succeed?

• Solid foundation in computer science principles, data structures, and algorithms is essential. 
• Experience in Java, C , and SQL will be highly beneficial, though proficiency in at least one of these languages is a great start. 
• Curiosity, a passion for learning, and the ability to navigate challenges with a positive attitude are key traits that will ensure your success. 
• Teamwork, a shared dedication to developing new skills, and a collaborative spirit.

The current pay range for this role if performed in the city of New York is currently $35-$75 hourly based on a regular, full-time schedule. The amount of pay offered will be determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, market data, geographic location, and internal guidelines.
