Candidate Source has several openings for Customer Service Reps in Ashland, VA. This position is with a data analysis firm. As a CSR, you will be working with clients to ensure they receive the info they need regarding their requests.
Job Duties:
Communicate with customers by phone and email (Outlook)
Manage projects and accounts based on company policies
Generate reports and provide data to customers and other internal departments
Assist the billing department with client communication and processing payments
Report to the office each day and work with a team of other CSR associates
Requirements:
Proficient using Microsoft Office - primarily Excel, Outlook, and Word
Strong grammar and written communication skills as candidates are expected to communicate through email regularly
Available from 8AM-4:30PM
Reliable transportation to/from Ashland, VA
Previous experience in Customer Service and/or Data Analysis
