Quality Supervisor - TrailersOur purpose is to design and deliver innovative solutions to protect the traveling public and road workers by making transportation safer, smarter, and more sustainable. Quality Supervisor Trailers Job Summary:Ensures that all trailer products meet consistent standards. They develop and implement quality control tests to ensure the trailer's quality is what it should be. Inspecting our products at various stages in production and writing reports on their findings to take action where needed. Quality Supervisor Trailers Job Duties: Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes.Devise and review specifications for products or processes.Set requirements for raw materials or intermediate products for suppliers and monitor their compliance.Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines.Supervise inspectors, technicians, and other staff and provide guidance and feedback.Participate in product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards.Inspect final output and compare properties to requirements.Approve the right products or reject defectives.Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis.Submit detailed reports to plant leadership.Be on the lookout for opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient procedures. Quality Supervisor Trailers Requirements: Proven experience as a quality supervisor or senior tech in a manufacturing facility.A keen eye for detail and a result-driven approach.Effective communication skills.Proficient organizational and leadership skills.Proficient in MS Office.In-depth understanding of quality control procedures and analysis.Solid math abilities and working knowledge of data analysis/statistical methods.Certification of quality control is a strong advantage (ISO 9000 etc.) Our core values contribute to customer satisfaction and business success by guiding our actions and decisions, helping us to consistently deliver high-quality products and services, and building trust and loyalty with our customers.Safety – Safety is everyone’s responsibility.Trust and Respect – We build trust through responsible actions and honest relationships.
