Commercial contractor specializing in National Brand Quick Service Restaurants searching for an experienced traveling commercial construction superintendent. Must be proficient in reading and understanding blueprints and knowledgeable in a variety of construction practices. Must be able to gain access on a military base.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials and clients
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to the plans and specifications

Qualifications: * Previous experience in ground up construction

• Previous experience with quick service restaurant construction
• Strong leadership qualities
• Deadline and detail-oriented'
