Job Summary
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests at our hotel, providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience from check-in to check-out.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in process
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and provide information about hotel services and amenities
- Handle guest check-outs efficiently and accurately
- Manage reservations and cancellations using the hotel booking system
- Address guest complaints and escalate issues as needed to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience
Qualifications
- Experience in a front desk, hospitality, or customer service role is preferred
- Proficiency in using phone systems and hotel management software
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
- Knowledge of night audit procedures is beneficial
- Exceptional guest relations skills with a focus on providing top-notch service
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.50 - $14.00 per hour
