Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Office Manager to join our team. As the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. This is a key leadership role within our hotel, and we are looking for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, guest inquiries, and requests.
- Train and supervise front desk staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Develop and implement efficient procedures for guest registration, room assignments, and reservations.
- Handle guest complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability, rates, and occupancy levels.
- Oversee night audit procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor and manage the hotel's phone system and respond to inquiries or requests.
- Implement strategies to maximize room occupancy and revenue.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping department to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
Experience:
- Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality management is required.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Proficiency in using hotel management software systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Bilingual language skills are preferred but not required.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
