Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in mechanical and electrical systems, possess strong leadership skills, and be proficient in customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Perform maintenance tasks such as repairing machinery, equipment, or systems
- Fabricate and weld components as needed
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and inventory
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve issues proactively
- Provide excellent customer service while addressing maintenance concerns
- Supervise and coordinate the work of contractors when necessary

Experience:

- Proven experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance
- Ability to use tools like ohmmeters for electrical testing
- Strong English communication skills for effective interaction with team members and vendors
- Knowledge of supervisory practices to lead a maintenance team effectively
