Are you a talented Brand Designer looking to take on exciting, flexible client projects? Candy Sonic Studios is seeking a experienced Freelance Brand Designer to join our creative team on a project-by-project basis.
As our Freelance Brand Designer, you will be responsible for crafting the visual identity and branding for our diverse range of clients. From developing brand strategies to designing impactful brand elements, you will play a vital role in shaping how our clients present themselves to the world.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research to understand the client's brand, industry, and target audience
- Create brand strategy recommendations, including positioning, messaging, and personality
- Design core brand elements such as logos, typography, color palettes, and brand imagery
- Develop comprehensive brand style guides to ensure consistency across all touchpoints
- Collaborate with the client and internal teams to bring the brand vision to life
- Produce marketing assets and campaigns that effectively communicate the brand
- Stay up-to-date on the latest branding trends and best practices
Compensation:
- 25% commission on the total contract value for each branding project you are awarded

Requirements:
- 3 years of experience as a Brand Designer, Graphic Designer, or Visual Brand Strategist
- Exceptional design skills with a strong portfolio showcasing brand identity work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Familiarity with brand strategy development and the ability to translate insights into design
- Strong communication and presentation skills to collaborate with clients
- Adaptability to work independently or as part of a cross-functional creative team
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Branding, or a related field
