Job Summary

The Budtender is one of the most critical positions within the company. Budtenders are salespeople with retail experience and product knowledge who make the buying process easy for all customers. Candidates must be upbeat, knowledgeable and passionate about the cannabis industry.

Job Functions

• Greets and helps customers with the selection of products
• Maintains and organizes product displays
• Assist consumers with any product questions
• Guide consumers to the right product for their needs and wants
• Build consumer relationships to gather a loyal consumer base
• Express the dispensary's mission and values to the consumer and share a passion for cannabis
• Keep the dispensary environment clean, professional, and upbeat
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Guide and direct customers in their cannabis purchasing journey
• Answer customer questions and concerns
• Meet and exceed sales goals
• Assist with opening/closing of store and other tasks as assigned
• Additional responsibilities as required by the Employer

Qualifications

• Must be 21 with a valid drivers licenseExcellent customer communication and service skills
• Strong interpersonal communication and conflict resolution skills
• Excellent sales capabilities
• Must be willing to submit to a background check
• Must be willing to work weekends!
• Prior experience in the cannabis industry a plusResponsibilities:

- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their inquiries
- Sell products and services to meet sales targets
- Operate cash registers and POS systems to process customer transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking merchandise
- Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits to customers
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
