CannabizTeam is seeking Brand Ambassador for a Cannabis company in Atlantic City, NJ. As a Brand Ambassador in the dynamic, ever-evolving landscape of medicinal and adult-use cannabis dispensaries, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our sales and marketing initiatives within your assigned region.

This role is a customer-facing representative of the client's products and dispensary brands.. This position will be responsible for engaging with the community to provide education and training and answer product inquiries through in-store demonstrations and events and communicating in-store promotions.

Job Duties & Responsibilities :

• Responsible for representing our brands and products in community, retail, and marketing events.
• Become a brand expert, able to answer questions about product benefits and provide product knowledge.
• Build brand awareness and loyalty by creating memorable patient / customer experiences.
• Must set-up and breakdown tables, tents, swag items and marketing collateral in-store and other events.
• Manage the distribution / inventory of marketing swag and collateral for events and giveaways.
• Establish and maintain relationships with local community partners.
• Manage and adhere to established schedules in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, while ensuring accuracy and follow through.
• Partner with and maintain productive working relationships with the dispensary, wholesale, and manufacturing teams.
• Works productively with internal cross-functional teams as well as with external partners.
• Serve as a company brand ambassador to represent the company and associated brand appropriately.
• Follow and implement the company’s core values including respect, diversity, sustainability, research, and service.
• Adhere to the company' cultural principles of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

Skills and Education Requirements :

• Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older.
• Must consent to a criminal background check.
• Employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of the criminal background check.
• Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable vehicle, and proof of valid auto insurance.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in a marketing, agency or promotional setting.
• Previous experience in the cannabis industry.
• Knowledge of or willingness to learn state-specific cannabis laws and regulatory compliance is non-negotiable.
• Must be enthusiastic, engaging, cannabis-savvy, well organized, and self-motivated.
• Ability to communicate in an informative and professional manner, fostering clear and positive interactions with team members, customers, external partners.
• Meticulous organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
• Proficient in both oral and written communication.

Compensation : $50,000
