Cannella Media, DTC, LLC is Hiring an Account Manager Near Los Angeles, CA

About the Role:

The Account Manager leads a Client Services team and partners with Media Buyers to manage direct response television campaigns by serving as a liaison between clients, senior management, vendors, and production companies to ensure campaign success. Responsibilities include recommending spending levels, evaluating results and providing feedback and reports to clients while meeting deadlines by working efficiently with internal departments. Account Managers are expected to maintain long-term relationships as well as identify new opportunities, drive negotiations, and coordinate solutions to meet client needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Developed meaningful relationships with multiple clients through daily contact and delivery of a high standard of work Assist with Client Services to implement new show tests and roll out.
  • Work with Client Services and Media Buyers to ensure all client and CRT goals are being hit (Budget, Media Performance and Client Reporting).
  • Working closely with Junior Account Executives (AEs) to effectively manage client budgets and maximize Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS).
  • Set up and manage client directive calls. Provide regular two-way communication between the client and team, communicate client goals, represent the team to the client and set proper client expectations while maintaining compliance on client deliverables and revenue.
  • Direct a team of media buyers in appropriate placement of clients’ media within client budget ranges.
  • Analyze results continuously. Synthesize data, industry information and competitive landscape to identify trends and determine the appropriate marketing strategy for each campaign.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of customer data feeds, managed databases and CRM solutions.
  • Aware and in pursuit of opportunities for account growth and new business.
  • Understanding of company capabilities and service to effectively communicate all offerings to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies or related field.
  • Experience in Media Buying and or Client Services in an account/project management role.
  • Strong writing, project management and organizational skills; and ability to multi-task to meet deadlines in a demanding environment without sacrificing quality.
  • Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Possesses superior networking and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in MS office products: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Self-motivated, pro-active, results-oriented professional with an ability to work with minimum direction.
  • Team Player and ability to lead a team. Positive attitude and enthusiasm for Client Service.
