Job Description : We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender / Barista to join our dynamic team at Canni Infusion Bar and Cafe.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, barista skills, and a deep understanding of plant-based ingredients.

They will be responsible for creating and serving our signature infused beverages while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare and serve a variety of infused beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, coffees, teas, and smoothies.
• Ensure the quality and consistency of all beverages served, maintaining the highest standards of taste and presentation.
• Engage with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, providing recommendations and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
• Keep the bar and café area clean and organized at all times, including stocking supplies and equipment.
• Collaborate with the team to develop new recipes and menu items, staying up-to-date with current trends in mixology and café beverages.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper handling of cannabis-infused products.

Requirements :

• Previous experience working as a bartender and barista in a high-volume environment is essential.
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, coffee brewing methods, and beverage preparation.
• Familiarity with cannabis and plant-based adaptogens preferred, but not required (training will be provided).
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 21 years old and comply with all legal requirements for handling cannabis-infused products.
