- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms.
- Contribute to overall facility cleanliness and set up meeting rooms.
- Provide excellent service to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks.
- Demonstrate a commitment to Christian values in all interactions.
- Food Service:
Responsibilities:
- Serve meals with attention to quality and presentation.
- Assist in dishwashing and contribute to kitchen operations.
- Support activities in our Coach House.
- Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
- Embrace a Christian ministry setting and contribute positively to the team.

- Agreement with CBCC’s statement of faith and purity policy.
- Ability to work effectively both individually and within a team environment.
- Openness to receive instruction and feedback with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including split shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Comfortable living in a group housing setting, adhering to all group housing rules and expectations.
- Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- View this role as a ministry in service unto the Lord, not just a job.
- Physical strength and stamina to perform demanding duties for 6-10 hours each day.
