Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the front desk, providing personal assistant support, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate staff members
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for meetings and events
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist with filing, organizing, and maintaining office documents and records
- Provide administrative support to various departments as required
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Utilize computerized systems to input data and generate reports
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working at the front desk or as a personal assistant is preferred
- Knowledge of dental office procedures is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong customer support skills
- Proficient in using computer systems for data entry and report generation
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Applicants should have a minimum of 1-year dental front office experience, be knowledgeable in insurance codes, submission and eligibility. The ideal candidate will be willing to help in any area of the practice when necessary, possess excellent communication skills, and willing to learn new, innovative ways of doing things. Prior knowledge of Practice Management Software is a plus, but not required as the team will be receiving training prior to opening.
