My client is a leading research-driven brokerage specializing in risk and merger arb deals. The company was founded approximately 15 years ago and has a presence across 4 continents with more than 150 staff worldwide.

In this seat, you will be encouraged to take a pro-active approach to idea generation and be expected to regularly face off to clients in explaining the methodology of your research findings. You will research names across all key sectors.

Your responsibilities will be varied and include:

• Build financial models.
• Ad hoc idea generation.
• Cover prospective deals across a wide range of sectors.
• Create sell side research reports with recommendations for clients.
• Interact with buy side fund managers to discuss your findings.

Candidates should have 2-6 years’ experience in equity research with top financial modelling skills. Investment banking analysts who are interested in transitioning to a research role are also welcome to apply.
