TITLE: Managed Data Services Associate
LOCATION: Hybrid in New York City or Jacksonville, FL
SALARY: $85,000 - $110,000 base salary, plus bonus (in New York, adjusted for Jacksonville)
The RoleThe Managed Data Services Associate will work closely with our offshore teammates, onshore teammates, and clients to deliver high quality services for some of our most complex clients, empowering them to get the most value out of Canoe’s offering.
What You’ll Do
  • Create, update and maintain custom client reports and data extracts
  • Define, design & execute on ad hoc client projects
  • Produce and maintain robust process documentation and workflow diagrams
  • Help direct and manage a global team
  • Manage multiple projects with competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Create excellent recurring regular reporting aimed at providing process/project status updates including timing, capacity, and milestones to various internal stakeholders
  • Lead efforts to document, test, measure, execute, and improve on existing processes
  • Collaborate with the Product team to develop long-term, robust software solutions to manual operations challenges
What We’re Looking For
  • 4 years of professional experience involving large data sets, reconciling reports (Excel, Sheets, PowerBI)
  • 2 years of management consulting experience preferred
  • Proven track record in client-facing roles and communicating to stakeholders of various levels of seniority
  • Ability to easily adapt to changing priorities and lead mission critical long-term initiatives across multiple cross-functional teams
  • Quick to learn, grasp new concepts and client-specific nuances
  • Strong project management and communication skills combined with strong attention to detail
  • Experience directing and managing teammates working in various locations and time zones
  • Prior experience with alternative investments, SaaS, or Fintech
  • Proficient in one or more programming languages (Python, R, SQL, Apps Scripts, or other equivalent languages)
  • Prior experience in Professional Services, Business Analysis, or Project Management focused on data automation / best practice
