Position: Business Analyst

Location: Charlotte, NC 28255

Contract: ASAP Start (Once Onboarding Clears) – 5/31/2025

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm (OT as needed)

Pay Range: $38.47 hourly, paid weekly.

HYBRID – 3 days in office, 2 days remotely (once training is fully completed)

Responsibilities:

Equity Allocations Associate for Institutional Trading- The position is responsible for providing superior customer service for both the underlying customer base and sales force, in support of global business strategies. Responsibilities include timely and accurate allocation and confirmation of Global Equities. The associate will need to establish a strong working partnership with the customer base and sales force, supporting strategic initiatives to increase same day allocation and STP rates. It is critical that the associate be detail oriented in monitoring and controlling exposure to the bank and our clients.

Manager is looking for someone who is self motivated and willing to learn and work hard.

2. Macros / Excel Some technical skills
3. Communication written and verbal.

Required Skills:

Strong oral and written communication skills with emphasis on establishing and maintaining quality control procedures, and effectively liaison with external and internal parties, clients, and colleagues.

Desired Skills:

Advanced Excel knowledge (macros, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
