We're seeking a passionate and energetic Assistant Housekeeping Manager to join our vibrant team. If you have an eye for detail, a love for cleanliness, and a knack for leading teams, this could be your perfect next step!

As our Assistant Housekeeping Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the impeccable cleanliness and organization of our hotel.

Your dedication will ensure that every room exudes cleanliness, every corner shines, and every guest departs with a smile of satisfaction.

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate in scheduling and coordinating our housekeeping staff to ensure every nook and cranny receives the attention it deserves.
• Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure top-notch standards.
• Provide comprehensive training to new team members on effective cleaning techniques, as well as familiarize them with hotel protocols and standards.
• Proactively monitor the inventory of cleaning supplies and linens, ensuring timely orders are placed as per requirements.
• Address and resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly and courteously.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain a seamless guest experience.
• Ensure team has continuous access to the tools and equipment to best do their job
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and inspections.
• Infuse your vibrant energy and positivity to cultivate a work environment that is both fun and dynamic!

Qualifications :

• Dive into the role with prior housekeeping experience, ideally with 1-2 years in a supervisory capacity to lead with flair.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Great communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• High School diploma or equivalent
