Job Description:
As our Lead Front Desk Agent, you'll be the superstar who ensures every guest feels at home from the moment they step through our doors. With your sparkling personality and top-notch leadership skills, you'll guide our front desk team to deliver outstanding service and make every stay magical.
Responsibilities:- Extend a warm and personalized welcome to guests, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated from the moment they arrive.
- Smoothly manage the check-in and check-out process like a pro.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, requests, and promptly resolve any issues with a positive and proactive approach.
- Lead, train, and inspire our front desk agents to shine brightly.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other teams to fulfill guest wishes.
- Keep accurate records of reservations, guest details, and billing precision is key!
- Ensure safety and security protocols are followed to keep everyone safe and sound.
- Keep the front desk stocked with all necessary supplies and goodies.
- Juggle front desk schedules to ensure theres always a friendly face to greet our guests.
- Maintain and improve front desk procedures and policies to keep things running smoothly.
- Dive into other exciting tasks and projects assigned by management.
Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent; extra points for education in hospitality or related fields.
- At least 2 years of front desk or customer service experience in the hospitality world.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience you're a natural-born leader!
- Exceptional communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and effective problem-solving capabilities.
- Savvy with hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Organizational whiz with a keen eye for detail.
- Master multitasker who thrives under pressure.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the operational needs of the hotel.
- A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine love for making guests happy.
