The Door to Door Sales Team Lead is a professional frontline lead generator. This individual displays knowledge and proficiency in knocking on a high volume of doors, identifying qualifying prospects, overcoming objections, and setting qualified inspection appointments. The Lead Canvasser also demonstrates the ability and desire to aid peers in developing the same skills.
Responsibilities
Work at least 30 hours per week with a schedule to be determined by the Canvassing Manager.
Generate qualified roof inspection appointments through neighborhood canvassing (door knocking) in accordance with goals set by the Canvassing Director
Drive a company-provided vehicle safely and responsibly and maintain a clean driving record.
Drive a canvassing group to target areas to canvass along with him/her
Provide field training by observing and providing feedback to fellow canvassers.
Allow new and in-training canvassers to shadow and observe his or her canvassing activities as needed
Work with the Canvassing Director and/or sales management to determine the needs of fellow canvassers
Lead a team as a player-coach while achieving his or her own performance standards
Maintain all company-provided equipment and property to a professional standard
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
Commitment to learning and professional development
US work authorization
Valid drivers license, clean driving record, and own reliable transportation
Must work well independently and have the ability to prioritize.
