Job Description: 

Canta Solutions is searching for a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in Juneau, Alaska. We're looking for someone with a minimum of one year of nursing experience and an active LPN license in in Alaska. 

Job Responsibilities:

- Deliver exceptional patient care, from assessment to evaluation of nursing care plans. 

- Administer medications and treatments in adherence to physician orders and protocols. 

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. 

- Maintain meticulous patient records and provide education to patients and families. 

-Uphold regulatory standards, policies, and procedures at all times. 

Job Requirements:

- Active LPN license in the state of Alaska. 

- Minimum of one year of nursing experience in your respective specialty. 

- Current BLS certification required.
