Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the nursing staff during evening shifts to ensure optimal patient care.
• Handle any escalated issues or emergencies, coordinating care and resources as needed.
• Collaborate with other medical professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Administer medications and treatments as required and oversee patient assessments.
• Train and mentor new and existing nursing staff.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, including patient safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• A commitment to providing high-quality care and hospitality.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions in high-pressure situations.
