Job Title: Vendor Administrator

Location: New York, NY, 3 days a week in office

Responsibilities:

As part of the Global Procurement team:

• Administration of all Vendor Data for the Americas

• Vendor background checks and business reviews as part of any vendor pre-selection process

• Vendor outreach and data confirmation

• Vendor risk management participation

• Provide analysis of Cantor and affiliate’s sector and commodity spend, and current and potential vendors

• Provide Accounts Payable and Finance teams support regarding vendor data and data availability in the required systems

• Understand and ensure compliance and risk-related regulations are adhered to in vendor data operations

• Provide regular management updates on activities, competition/market intelligence, and pipeline of go-forward projects for review.

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer & vendor relationship skills.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Strong data entry skills.

• Excellent communication skills (written) with the ability to explain issues and remedies.

• Ability to work with various analysis support applications (Excel, Oracle, etc.).

• Good overall organization skills.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or related experience

Hybrid Working - We are currently operating a hybrid model for our shared services employees (including this role). We anticipate continuing these arrangements for the foreseeable future with periodic review. Hybrid for Cantor Fitzgerald & its affiliates across the working week, means three days office based and two days remote.

Salary: $65,000 - $70,000

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $65,000 to $70,000.The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.).
