Job Description:

Are you outgoing? Do you love connecting with and meeting new people? Are you ready to dive into the world of hemp beverages? As a Brand Ambassador, you'll be at the forefront of our event, field, and social media marketing efforts in the vibrant cities of Nashville, TN and Newark/Jersey City, NJ. Reporting to the Field Marketing Specialist, this role is all about fostering relationships, creating buzz, and spreading the love for Cantrip products. If you're passionate, detail-oriented, and love connecting with people, both in person and on social media this is the role for you!

What we ask of our Brand Ambassadors:

1. Bring a positive and responsible attitude to work each day

• Maintain a charming and cheerful attitude during sampling Quests.

• Maintain a high level of energy during sampling Quests.

• Embody the brand values during every consumer interaction.

• Be polite, courteous, and treat all consumers respectfully, regardless of the situation.

2. Be a product and brand expert

• Become a credible Cantrip product and brand expert: deliver a benefits message with each

consumer interaction.

• Be knowledgeable and comfortable overcoming objections with the consumer and answer

their product questions.

• Understand the product and personalize the experience for consumers.

• Create unique content for social media that both educates and engages consumers.

• Contribute to the team by providing ideas, contacts, and suggestions for future Quests that would be considered “on brand.”

3. Be an expert at engaging customers

• Leverage your witty and vibrant personality to captivate consumers.

• Be a social chameleon: approach a variety of strangers and interact with them in a natural conversation, with the goal of development of brand loyalty with the consumer

•Be an active listener to ensure the consumer is driving the conversation.

• Act as a Cantrip Brand Ambassador at all times.

• Be prepared to generate and create social media content that involves consumers and

partners in the local market.

• ID all consumes sampled through our specialized scanning software.

• Develop a rapport with consumers in a short timespan through relatable and engaging

conversation.

• Identify future sampling opportunities while speaking with consumers and share relevant

information with the Field Marketing Specialist

• Share field successes with the Field Marketing Specialists through candid pictures captured

of consumers enjoying the product

Requirements

• A reliable means of public or private transportation, with a valid driver's license that is not expired, suspended, or revoked as demonstrated with an MVR

• Must be 21 years of age or older.

• Ability to proactively engage, educate, and sample products to a wide variety of consumer

groups.

• Must be able to attend and actively participate in 1-2 team meetings per month.

• Ability to work exceptionally well with others in a team environment.

• Must be able to stand and remain mobile for extended periods of time during sampling

missions.

• Ability to drive safely and navigate unfamiliar places.

• Provide basic and accurate recaps of sampling quests that includes amount of product

sampled and generic consumer information/feedback

• Willing and excited to generate and post exciting, creative, and on trend social media

content featuring cantrip.

• Assist in the daily upkeep of the Cantrip event/sampling assets as well as our storage space

• Must be able to lift/carry a minimum of 30 lbs of product
