The Account Executive will support the Canusa sales team in managing all aspects of the sales process with customers and suppliers while providing exceptional customer service both internally and externally. The Account Executive will be responsible for providing timely and accurate information with respect to order placement, coordination of production dates and shipments, and reporting. The Account Executive will communicate regularly with customers, suppliers and vendors while also collaborating internally with logistics, operations and accounting to facilitate the company’s goals.
In addition, the Account Executive will be responsible for general office coordination duties. These include organizing and shipping product samples, handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages, maintaining office supplies inventory, updating the office vacation calendar, and assisting members of the sales department, including the President, with adding and updating existing contacts in Outlook, travel arrangements and meeting itineraries. The Account Executive will also be the main point of contact for the annual vendor and customer holiday gifts, as well as for the housekeeping vendor. Other related tasks may be assigned to this position as needs arise.

Great attention to detail, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, strong mathematical and Excel skills, ability to multi-task, and a positive attitude are essential. The ideal candidate will have an undergraduate degree in business administration and/or prior experience in business, customer service, sales and/or logistics. Candidates should have an entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset and the desire to grow a first-class operation. The right candidate will have opportunity for continued growth within the Company. The candidate must be comfortable traveling as needed, including to the Baltimore office for training and meetings.
