Position Summary
The Customer Experience Assistant is a member of the Demo Center/Customer Experience team, which is aligned within the greater Canyon US Marketing Department. The overall goal of this position is to facilitate an exceptional customer experience for anyone who walks into the building. This includes helping merchandise and organize the space, resolving visiting customer queries, explaining product features and functionality, setting customers up on test rides, guiding customers through the purchasing process, and supporting special Marketing Department events.
Reporting directly to the Customer Experience Supervisor, this role requires a strong foundation of communication and coordination as well as the ability to harness and stay up to date on product (Canyon bicycle) knowledge.
This position is 100% onsite and will require working on weekends as the Demo Center is open to the public on Saturday and events are held on weekends.
The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent customer service and communication skills as well as enthusiasm about bikes and a desire to learn more about the features and mechanics of bicycles.
