Position Summary:

CNA or LNA will, under the supervision of an RN, performs basic patient care activities. This is a 10 bed Acute Rehab Unit.

***Per Diem Position***

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Must have an active Arizona CNA or LNA License.
• 1 to 2 years of experience preferred.
• AHA BLS required. If other than AHA, you will have 30 days from hire date to obtain AHA BLS.
