Order Entry

Position Summary:

Responsible for processing incoming orders in an accurate and timely manner. Supporting team members in any task that may need to be completed daily.

Essential Functions:

• Computer Skills- Working on a computer using different systems and hardware to enter data and process information, as well as communicating via email clearly to customers and internal tem members.
• Multi-Tasking- Working with multiple screens, systems, and being able to talk on the phone, reply to emails, as well as process orders efficiently.
• Support Staff- Being a support staff to account executives and customer service reps and helping them with daily orders, filing, organizing daily.
• Meeting daily production goals with processing orders efficiently.
• Communicating well with others, customers, and team member.
• Perform other duties as requested.

Qualifications:

• Must have a positive work attitude and etiquette.
• Must have basic computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office, and Outlook Express.
• Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be detail oriented and quality minded.
• Must be able to work independently as well as with a team.
• Must have excellent organization skills and the ability to multi task.
• Some sitting, standing, walking, lifting (over 75 lbs.), bending, twisting, reaching, stretching, pushing, and pulling required.
