Role Description

This is a full-time (32-38 hr), mainly on-site role for a Quality Engineer at Capable. As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products by maintaining effective quality control measures, conducting quality assurance testing, and managing product quality. You will work closely with our engineering and production teams to identify and resolve quality issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

You will also be in close contact with our key suppliers and subcontractors and monitor their performance by conducting audits.

Qualifications

• Experience in Quality Engineering, Quality Control, and Quality Assurance
• Understanding of Product Quality and Quality Management principles
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
• Knowledge of quality standards and regulations in the industry (preferred AS9100)
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with quality management systems and tools
• Certifications in quality management or related field are a plus
